Why on earth would I go and write yet another review about how fantastic these torches are?By now, everyone in the Netherlands ought to know that this little gem produces a disgusting amount of light and that it is even better than a Maglite. One with 4 D cells, I mean. And you can even carry this little thing in your pocket, unbelievable!! I’ve dropped my LD20 quite a few times and each time I expect it to break. But guess what, no way! The Led just won’t give up.Truly indestructible!!Batteries don’t last as long as they are supposed to, though. The torch is being switched back to a lower mode when they start to run out. Just take a few extra batteries with you and/or keep a spare set in your car.Why bother to write another review knowing that I don’t really stand a chance of winning one of the five torches?Because if you already own one, you want more!!!P.S. Katogroup, if I do win something after all, please send it to Lemmer. This was for a mate. |

We went to Borneo this year and we took the Fenix LD20 XP-G R4 torch with us. We visited a huge cave and several people were walking around using their torches there. Then I switched on my torch. And when I did, everybody was wondering where the light was coming from – honestly!The difference in light was unbelievable compared to all the other torches there. There was just so much more light output from my torch!I think it is also great that you can use the dimmer setting if you don ’t want too much light.The torch is also nice and sturdy. Really a super product.It is a bit pricey but it is worth every single cent. We already had one of these torches and that’s why we bought another one for my partner to use. |
